I was on the hunt for a new double gang switch. I wanted something that had a more contemporary vibe, and this one seemed perfect. It showed up just a couple of days after I placed my order, and swapping it out was a breeze. To install the new switch, you just need to carefully pry it open with a small flat screwdriver since the base is attached with screws. After that, connect the wires like before, pop the cover on, and press it to clip it in place. Voila! You've got yourself a sleek, modern switch with no screws visible. It looks fantastic!

It took over 3 weeks for my order to show up because of low inventory. I was informed they would ship the items they had available to avoid the wait, but that never happened. The customer service rep was pretty unhelpful and seemed clueless about the situation, plus she was a bit rude in her replies before hanging up on me! I had to follow up multiple times to find out where my order was. I won't be coming back, just a really bad experience.

On January 12, 2022, I purchased a Varilight Matt Chrome Classic V-Pro IR 2 Gang 2 x 100W LED Multi-Way Remote/Touch Control Dimmer Master Unit, along with the matching remote. Setting up both the dimmer and the remote was a breeze. I used them to adjust the lights in my TV room from the comfort of my seat, instead of having to get up and fiddle with the old rotary dimmer.

For about three months, everything was working like a charm until one of the dimmer gangs stopped functioning. I reached out to the seller, Internet Retailer Limited, to report the issue. They requested a video showing the problem, and once I provided that, they sent me a replacement unit in just a few days.

Throughout the process, the customer service team was consistently helpful and supportive.

We both thought, 'Yep, that’s exactly what we need,' and got to work on placing our order. After three orders, the entire place is transformed, and there are so many colors to pick from too. We did hold back on a few, though. The folks at Trendi were amazing—super helpful and friendly, and the service was top-notch. My electrician said they were of excellent quality as well, and the ability to easily swap the faceplate for a different color if you fancy is just fantastic. Would I buy these again? Absolutely!
